United We Stand
" I leave United We Stand open for your interpretation.  However, for me it represents nature and humankind in harmony, abstract expressionism.

I felt a mandate to show details of the leafless trees.  The blazing sun effects the trees, flowing waters and human figures.

The largest figure releases tears of joy for an accomplishment (although it could fit a tears of sorrow scenario).  The angelic figures represent bearing each other's burdens/sharing success, stretching to meet a need, touching and agreeing, holding on.

Since slavery, women have bonded in greater numbers to effect laws regarding the right to vote, politics, suffrage, abuse, equal employment opportunities, theology, Civil Rights and the pursuit of happiness.

Above all, I thank the Master Creator, God for this amazing world, and for bringing us through victoriously."
